Welcome to Andrea's Paper Beads. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://www.andreaspaperbeads.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered through the Site. The Site is operated by Andrea's Paper Beads ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By placing an order on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the transaction and for compliance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this section.

To access certain features of the Site, including placing orders, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete;

We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Andrea's Paper Beads or any other user of the Site due to someone else's use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain security.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. One account per person is permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and other information on the Site as accurately as possible. However, please note the following:

• Descriptions and Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly in color, texture, and appearance from what is shown on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, display calibrations, and photography lighting.
• Color Variations: Our paper bead jewelry is crafted from recycled paper and other materials. As a result, natural color variations may occur between products, and between a product shown on the Site and the physical item you receive. These variations are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
• Handmade Variations: Each piece of jewelry is individually handcrafted. Minor differences in shape, size, pattern, and finish are normal and expected. No two items are exactly identical, and this uniqueness is part of the value of handmade products.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
• Customization: Some products may offer customization options. Details about available customizations are provided on the relevant product page. Customization capabilities may be limited by material availability and production constraints.

All prices displayed on the Site are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

While we strive to ensure that all pricing information on the Site is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error for a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer you the option to:

• Proceed with the order at the corrected price;
• Cancel the order and receive a full refund of any amount already paid; or
• Select an alternative product at a comparable price.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted by us.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order. Shipping costs are separate from product prices and may vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

Placing an order on our Site involves the following steps:

1. Product Selection: Browse our catalog and select the products you wish to purchase. If customization is available, specify your preferences as indicated on the product page.
2. Customization: For customizable products, provide the required specifications such as size, color preference, text, or design details as prompted during the ordering process.
3. Add to Cart: Add selected items to your shopping cart. You may review, modify, or remove items from your cart before proceeding to checkout.
4. Checkout: Proceed to checkout, where you will provide your shipping information, select a shipping method, and choose your preferred payment method (GCash or QRPH).
5. Order Confirmation: After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or through the Site. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order details.
6. Order Acceptance: Your order is not considered accepted until we have verified payment and confirmed that the order can be fulfilled. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation or notify you that the product has been shipped.

We offer customization for select products. When placing a custom order, please be aware of the following terms:

• Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete customization specifications. This includes but is not limited to correct sizes, measurements, text, color choices, and design details. We will produce the item based on the specifications you provide.
• Production Timelines: Custom orders require additional production time. Estimated production timelines will be communicated to you at the time of order or are indicated on the relevant product page. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Limitations on Changes: Once a custom order has entered production, changes to the specifications may not be possible. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at andreaspaperbeads24@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after production has begun.
• Cancellation of Custom Orders: Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins, provided production has not yet commenced. After this window, cancellation may not be possible, and a partial or no refund may apply depending on the stage of production.
• No Returns on Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, custom-made products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or materially different from the specifications you provided.

We accept the following payment methods:

GCash

To pay via GCash:

1. Select GCash as your payment method during checkout.
2. You will be provided with our GCash account details or a payment reference.
3. Open your GCash app and send the exact amount to the provided account.
4. Enter the GCash reference number or transaction ID in the designated field on the Site to complete your payment.
5. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for payment verification.

QRPH

To pay via QRPH:

1. Select QRPH as your payment method during checkout.
2. A QR code will be displayed or provided for you to scan.
3. Open your banking or e-wallet app that supports QRPH and scan the provided QR code.
4. Confirm the payment amount and complete the transaction.
5. After payment, enter the reference or confirmation number in the designated field on the Site.

Payment Verification

After you submit your payment, we will verify the transaction. Order processing will begin once payment has been confirmed. Verification times may vary depending on the payment method and circumstances. We will notify you if additional information is required to complete verification.

Failed or Incomplete Payments

If your payment fails or is incomplete, your order will not be processed. You may attempt to place the order again with a valid payment. We are not responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or other costs incurred as a result of a failed or incomplete payment.

Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have made a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately at andreaspaperbeads24@gmail.com with your order number and proof of payment. We will investigate the matter and issue a refund for any verified duplicate payment within a reasonable timeframe.

We understand that circumstances may change. Below are the terms governing order cancellations:

• Before Shipment: You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped. To do so, please contact us at andreaspaperbeads24@gmail.com with your order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Customized Products: Orders for customized or personalized products may not be cancellable once production has commenced. The cancellation window for custom orders is limited, and you should contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel. Any refund for a cancelled custom order in production will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be partial or denied depending on the work already completed.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy, subject to the applicable conditions.
• Review Process: All cancellation requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline a cancellation request if it does not comply with the conditions outlined in this section.
• Refund Handling: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds to reflect in your account, which may vary depending on your payment provider.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product descriptions, page headers, button icons, scripts, audio clips, and digital downloads, is the property of Andrea's Paper Beads or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Website Content: The compilation, arrangement, and assembly of all content on this Site is our exclusive property and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
• Product Images: Product photographs and images displayed on the Site are owned by or licensed to Andrea's Paper Beads. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute these images for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Logos and Branding: The Andrea's Paper Beads name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Andrea's Paper Beads. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
• Customer-Submitted Designs: If you submit a design, image, text, or other creative material to us for the purpose of a custom order, you retain ownership of your original work. However, by submitting such material, you grant Andrea's Paper Beads a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted material solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for our internal record-keeping. We will not use your submitted designs for marketing or other commercial purposes without your explicit written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and other applicable legislation, the following limitations apply:

• Andrea's Paper Beads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, or the purchase or use of any products obtained through the Site.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any damage or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or failures of third-party services including payment processors and shipping carriers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These limitations do not affect your rights as a consumer under Philippine law, including your right to receive goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality, and are fit for purpose.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or the purchase of any products, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution.

1. Customer Support Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact our customer support team at andreaspaperbeads24@gmail.com and provide a detailed description of the dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days of receiving your complaint.
2. Applicable Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
3. Jurisdiction: Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through customer support shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
4. Consumer Rights: Nothing in this section shall prevent you from filing a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or other relevant Philippine government agencies, or from exercising any rights available to you under Philippine consumer protection laws.
